Canton Car Wash

This car wash is rough on cars! It tore the antenna out of the roof of my girlfriend's SUV. Here's a pic of it; about half of car on the road have a similar antenna on their roof. Of course, Canton Car Wash said they wouldn't pay for the damage. They said she should have taken the antenna off the top of the SUV, which would have required a ladder. Get real.

I had a great experience with Sam at the car wash! He was friendly, professional, and paid close attention to every detail. My car came out looking spotless inside and out, and it was clear he takes pride in his work. The service was excellent , and Sam made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service, I highly recommend asking for Sam. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had a really great experience at this car wash. I especially had a great experience with customer service. Sam was very informative and even though I had questions regarding the membership, he was patient and explained it in detail. I will be coming back again to this location! One of the best!

I stopped by the new Canton Car Wash in Towson for the first time and came away really impressed. As someone who details my own car, I’m pretty particular about setups—and they really got it right. The vacuum stations are super convenient with hoses on both sides, so you don’t have to drag the hose through the car and risk getting dirt where you just cleaned, and the air blowers are a great bonus for getting into tight spaces. Sophia helped me out during my visit, and she was fantastic—friendly, upbeat, and genuinely patient while answering all my questions. I also have to say, it’s really refreshing to have such a positive customer service experience these days. I worked in customer service for many years, and it feels like that level of care has been fading over time. Seeing it still exist—and done this well—really stands out and absolutely makes a difference when choosing where to spend your money. Thanks again, Sophia—you really made the experience that much better. This was my first time trying a soft touch wash since my car is ceramic coated and I’ve always stuck to touchless. I was a little hesitant, but I was honestly surprised at how clean it came out. No etching at all

What can I say? I was greeted by Jensen at the entrance and she was absolutely amazing. So knowledgeable and courteous...I was so impressed with her that I purchased the monthly membership. After I'd gone through the wash and was vacuuming my vehicle, she came by and asked about my experience and was actually helpful in explaining more about the products available to use for the interior of the car and more about how the wheel shine is applied and works on the tires. Like I said, very impressive and extremely knowledgeable.
